Returns

We have a 14 days return and refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zadefashion.com and we will respond within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package within 3 working days. You will receive full refund based on the product that was purchase. Shipping and tax fee is non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@zadefashion.com.


Please be aware as stock levels may change, we would always ask you to email us first and we will ensure your case is dealt with fully to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours.

Exchanges
If you are not satisfied on your purchase, you have an option to exchange the product for another as long as the price matches. If you prefer to exchange another item that is listed higher than the one you are returning, you are expected to pay the difference. If you order a size and it does not fit you, you can always contact us first to exchange that item for another size free of charge. 

Refunds
You will receive a full refund for all items being returned. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Shipping and tax fee is non-refundable. 

Sale & Final Sales

All items that were on sale and final sale are non-refundable and will not be accepted to be returned. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and will not be shipping with any defects.
